Makeup Class Guidelines:

- Please schedule 1 spot per family.

- 4 make-up classes are offered to each family on a space-available basis each semester. Unused makeups do not extend into future semesters.

- The cut-off time to schedule or cancel a makeup is 8:00 p.m. the evening before class. 

- You will receive an email outlining time, date and location of the makeup class you selected.  Please be sure to read location and classroom details carefully so you know where you're going!  Plan to arrive early to your makeup class..   

- Questions?  Email us here  - we're pleased to help!  Please do not contact our Rec Centre partners regarding make-up classes - it is a courtesy service offered by Music Together Victoria. 

Make-up Class Policies:

• Makeup spots are for children registered in the current session only (and their infant siblings) - we are unable to accommodate extra children due to our licensing guidelines regarding class size.
• Makeup classes are scheduled only through this online scheduler - please email if you have any questions about how to proceed.  
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled makeup time, please cancel by 8 p.m. on this page so the space is available for another family.
• Please do not drop in to a location to see if a makeup space is open.  You are welcome to contact us if you would like more information about spaces and availability.
• Makeup classes are a bonus and service to you, as we really would like you to receive a full set of classes; however, they are not guaranteed and spaces are limited.
